Cedar Point Communications provides a set of base Customer Services offerings to our customers and our partners to assist in accelerating the deployment of SAFARI C3 Multimedia Switching Systems. These services are tailored to customer-specific needs and offer organizations the opportunity to leverage the professional services expertise of Cedar Point. We offer project management services to oversee, guide and coordinate the deployment or upgrades of SAFARI C3 platforms, and we offer installation services for configuring and testing SAFARI C3 switches and implementing capacity upgrades. Cedar Point also offers a wide range of services that are available a la carte, ranging from onsite support and dial plan generation to remote support and site audits. Cedar Point offers interoperability feasibility, planning and testing between SAFARI C3 switches and various technologies and devices. Interoperability testing is also provided for line and trunk side (T1, T3, DS3, OC-3, STM-1) equipment or networks as well as for other related network equipment.
